FEES 'N' FIXIN'S

We're pleased to offer affordable prices with all the fixin's! Our rates include lot rental, utilities, DirecTV and wash barn access.

Our famous wash barn houses the main office, his and hers showers, four washers and four dryers and Wi-Fi for your convenience. The wash barn has coded entry with 24 hour access for the added safety and the exclusive use of our tenants.

Kids and most pets are welcome! Bring the whole gang. You'll enjoy our comfortable atmosphere, spacious lots, picnic area and dog run.
